If you're not present during delivery, the courier may leave a delivery notice or send you an email or SMS. Typically, parcels can be picked up at the nearest Post Office branch.

You can return your unworn item (except for fitting) within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@bdsesport.com, and we will provide you with a Colissimo return label.

For an exchange or refund, the average processing time is 7 business days.
